When the aerial is in the TV the signal is very strong but when I put the aerial
into the Humax there is no signal
I have connected it correctly, the HDMI lead from the TV to the Humax and the
ethernet lead from the Humax to the router.
Is it possible for the aerial port of the Humax to no longer be working as it
can’t be the aerial lead as it works with the TV
The Humax is 18 months old and was working fine until now
If it is the aerial port is that expensive to repair
Advice appreciated

It is the Freeviewplay and on the back it says FVP5000T

Can you see anything at all from the 5000T, for example the menus?
Many thanks I have received support, an email from Humax, and what I haven’t done
is put in the correct input, a basic mistake, so now it working fine
