I have 3 humax eye cameras that worked great with y cam app but last week i got logged out on iphone and when trying to reset password my account was locked. I rang CS and then sent the id and ser nos of each camera but have heard nothing. All that needed to be done was unlock my account but no response.
Has this been shut down permanently? And is there an alternative system.
Am I just wasting my time contacting support?
Good news my account was unlocked today so I am back in.
