I’m staring to use the Aura App but when attempting to set up on my iPad I get the message “connected for remote features. For home features please connect to the home network” even though the Humax and iPad both are on my home network (the Aura by wired Ethernet and the iPad by wi-fi into the same router). So a three of the features are greyed out :on now, recordings and casting.
Any help appreciated.
I’ve sorted this now. The registration on the app was for the wrong IP address. Re-registered the box to the app and all is now well.
