Hi new to this forum. For the last week each time I turn on my humax box it states software update available – gives you the option to ‘update now’ ‘update later’ or ‘don’t update’

I’ve tried using the remote control to scrool down (using the arrows) along with the buttons on the box itself to select an option but nothing moves/happens.

Model is HDR-1100S

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
