Recently purchased a Aura UHD for my parents (early 90’s) – all good on the set up – including set up for default subtitles. A few days later ‘suddenly’ they stop working on screen. Most grateful for trouble shooting tips please.
Press Freeview button on remote control, go to settings click on Channel & Broadcast scroll down make sure subtitles
are switched on.
On the remote control press S/AD button bottom right of remote, see if subtitles areis off or on (click either < or > arrows) and language should be English.
