When I fire up the Android Aura app, it takes an age to do anything. For example if I want to view recordings, tv guide or schedule. It does eventually work but after very many minutes.
Dissapointing compared to my freesat humax 1100s which is immediate.
Is this a design fault with the Aura or app or is there a setting I should change?
Uninstall then reinstall you might have to this from time to time
I’d recommend the same, Ive noticed that the app grows and grows is size. There is a bug IMO that causes this behaviour as I have to do it every few months. Humax support say you need to uninstall and reinstall. It’ll work, but only for a while.
Surely it’s better to just clear the apps cache and/or data instead of uninstall/reinstall?
Thanks for the replies. Ssthing’s solution worked. I cleared all data. Note i first tried just clearing cache but that was not enough.
