    In the last few days the Aura android app wont start up properly.

    I found that the TV guide does not populate and it does not collect any recording info ???

    Phone is a Samsung A45 on Android 12.

    Just tried it out on my old Sammy Tablet running some stone age version of android. No joy on that either.

    Both show that the Aura is connected.

    Mine does the same on iPhone (7 with latest iOS).

    The app definitely needs some work doing on it. Last iOS update was 10 months ago.

    Yup, same here. TV guide either doesn’t work, or takes an age to populate.

    The app needs updating as there are lots of issues with it, but there doesn’t seem to have been any development on it for nearly a year.

    There doesn’t appear to have been any fixes nevermind development in anything Aura related over the past year.

    It seems to work fine on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but its is ridiculously slow on my iPad Air. I convert programs to watch offline and they go into the Download section OK, but it can sometimes take a good 30 minutes of constant refreshing to get them to appear when I want to watch them. Then if I do not touch the iPad for a few hours they will disappear and then it takes another 30+ mins to get them back again….. REALLY frustrating.

    I feel we’ve been left high and dry now. The App is good for nothing. How hard is it to add Netflix? I’m done with them from now on. I like the idea of beta testing and accepted bugs. Just to ignore the customers now. For that reason, I’m out!
