The app on my Android 11 phone sometimes will not connect. I assume it should connect even when box is in deep standby, (or am I wrong).

If so, how do I connect from a remote position? Refreshing does not connect.

Also, the Aura Media server on my Samsung TV is sometimes there in sources and at other times it is not.

    TIA JH

The app will not connect with the Aura when it is in deep standby as the Aura is not connected to the network in deep standby.

You should be able to schedule new recordings and see your schedule even when thebox is in standby if you have the remote record setting enabled. I find the app times out and is inconsistent though. I use there website myhumax.net, it is quicker than using the app.

I cannot see anything useful on myhumax.net.

What do you use it for?

If you login using the same account as your aura you can set programs to record using the program guide link on the page.

Chrome was the problem. It’s fine with Firefox
