My YOUVIEW DTR2100 will not connect to the Internet, Error message says cannot Connect to Internet try again. This is using Auto Connect. I have done a Factory reset but it still does not find the Internet. I’m not sure if a reset is the correct way to go. Is this a known issue?
What kind of connection is it? Ethernet or power adapter?
Tried it with Ethernet direct from Router and from Extender
