Hello,

Sometimes get the following issue with the TV guide on the screen, press the guide and the guide will load up but it is like the guide has got stuck all the channels down the left hand side of the screen but only one programme is listed next to BBC One.

Close the guide wait a couple of minutes press the guide again and the guide loads up fine.

Any help would be appreciated
