Hello, I searched the forum but nothing popped out.
Is anyone else finding that recordings made on AuraHD if you pause or escape, you cannot resume watching from where you left off?
Anyone noticed this, or spotted a fix?
It seems to take you all the way back to the start…
Have you tried pressing Stop, instead of pause, or exit?
I have seen a few times if you jump the adverts on a recording which is still live and then fast forward the last few seconds to bring you up to the live broadcast it jumps back to the start.Now I do not push thr recording right to the end.Hope that makes sense .
Other than that I stop all recordings with the stop button and all seems Ok starting where I left off.
There’s a couple of threads on the forum about this. It affects both pasused Live TV and Recorded TV. I’ve reported to Colin at Humax and was told a fix was due but that was 6 months ago and I’ve seen or heard nothing despite being in the beta testing program.
Probably wise to report it again but I’m loosing confidence in their abilities to assist their customers with buggy firmware issues. They don’t seem to care.
The only workaround for recorded TV is to stop and start the recording. It happens on nearly every recording for me.
