Hi, I have been aware of other people’s problems of stuttering audio on their Humax Aura box. I’ve had the same problem since I got mine and have lived with it by periodically unplugging the box from the wall every few days. It then settles down and then starts stuttering again after a few days.
I have also just noticed something else that causes the box audio to stutter and wonder if other users have noticed it or can test if it does.
I noticed that if I open the Google Home app on my phone (the app that you can control smart devices with in your home) the Humax box stutters big time each time the app opens.
Anyone else seen this happen?
Hi still got stuttering audio when it first boots up and particularly on recordings to
the point of having to use subtitles now,this box is neither a good recording box or great android box
I been one of the beta testers from the beginning but my patience is running out and niggles should be sorted.
I would personally recommend getting 2 separate boxes
