just started a day ago cant access apps when button is pressed on remote
a long press will take you to recent apps used but not all of them
any ideas anyone

same for me
I had this issue earlier. Had to reboot and loose my recording which was mid way. Might have been a other way but frustrating.
Another annoying bug with the Aura that Humax are not owning like any responsible company (so far at least)
Same here. This fault has just appeared for the first time on my Aura. Pressing Apps presents a black screen and no sound. Can return to live TV but apps are no longer available. No way out but a complete reboot by removing and refitting power cable.
