My 5000T no longer gives me the option to watch a programme from the start as it used to, why could this be ? I used to have a Flashdrive plugged into a USB port on the TV (which I do not now) Could this be the reason ? TIA
It should only give you that option if it was set to the channel (BBC1, ITV etc.) when the programme started. Otherwise it will only have stored video from the moment you selected the channel.
Or if you are referring to the “green button” option (on BBC channels) to watch the current programme from the beginning, this hasn’t been available for 12 months or more.
