I don’t normally have any problems with preset recordings on my HDR 2000T after the clocks change and, indeed, usually run up the machine on the following Sunday morning just to let the clock adjust (probably more important in the spring than the autumn).

However, despite doing the above, last night (Sunday) the BBC1 10 o’clock news did not record and another programme set to record this evening also failed to start, although one other did record successfully. I have to say it is very unusual for any of my recordings to fail so for 2 to fail in quick succession is strange.

Coincidence or something to do with the clocks change? I wondered if anyone else had any similar problems this time round?
