    When there is a “Porridge” broadcast for example the screen ratio is 16 x 9 and everyone looks over weight, I have tried changing a few things in setting with no luck, so, can anyone help please.

    Make sure it’s not your TV that is stretching the picture.

    If it’s set to 16:9 it will be the culprit, look for an option such as “original”.

    Thanks for that, cant get into settings at the mo, recording going on :-)
