    I don’t often use the Live TV app on this iPad, but it now fails to connect over wi-fi (more than one location, router, system). Tapping Schedules, for example, gives “Network error. Connection failed. Check network settings. Close”. Everything else dependent on wi-fi works as normal. I’ve tried deleting then reinstalling Live TV to no avail.

    Could it be that updating to iPadOS 15.0.2 might be causing this? Any suggestions welcome.

    Thanks SSThing. The Live TV app is indeed a Humax product which is why I came here. If there’s a better place to post my question, I’d love to know.

    I have similar problem – the app was working fine yesterday but now shows a network error and won’t let me login. Strangely the Humax to guide app allows me to login to my Humax box with no problem

    I have a problem where when you open the app it will only let you carry out one action then it locks up!

    Colin of uksupport@humaxonline.co.uk has replied to me as follows:

    “I do apologize about the live Tv App not working at the moment, this has happened from the new IOS update, Humax are doing all they can to solve the issue.”

    So we just have to wait…

    Quite so. The interest displayed by Humax in supporting their users seems minimal.

    Note, too, that the app we are talking about is rated at an abysmal 1.2 in Apple’s App Store, which says something about Humax’s desire to support the users of their PVRs.

    I’ll send them a follow-up email…

    “The App for IOS is unavailable at the moment, Humax are working on this to be

    resolved, I am sorry.”

    Pleased to say that Apple update to 15.1 has fixed it! Maybe not Humax’s fault at all?
