Some recordings stop recording after 15 mins also Whilst watching recordings system freezes and screen goes black. Tried to factory reset but can not find that option anywhere in the system settings. Please help
I would first try putting the unit in standby > waiting a minute and then removing power for 5 minutes.
Also check the signal quality you receive on for example BBC1 HD, should be at or near 100 if you are in the U.K.
If that does not solve your problems
Settings > System Settings > Factory Default
Factory default will be either greyed out or hidden if you are recording.
