I just chedked to see if there were any system updates and it says I’m up-to-date, but I’m still having issues with sound dropouts (live TV and recordings), series links disappearing and a new one in the last week of recording playbacks stopping and going into a repeating loop of the last few seconds unless I skip forward a couple of times, with it sometimes going back to the start of the recording, when replaying the loops always happen at the same point in the reocrdings.
My current build is:

What is your Firmware Version, and Update Date?
These can be found in
Settings > Freeview Play Preference > System Information
I think the latest version is 00.09.21, Jul 28, 2021.

So you are on a later version application than the current released version.
I’m still hoping they’ll provide an official Netflix app supporting 4K. Seems crazy this is still missing from such a well known manufacturer.
