    Not a regular user of the iPlayer/Itv Hub streaming services but went to use it yesterday and got the error message FVP-300. Occurs on all 4 channel players.

    We are connected via an ethernet cable to the router. Trying to fault find I disconnected it and tried a WiFi connection. No luck there.

    It used to work, not sure what has changed. We have recently upgraded to Fttp but the router is unchanged and other ethernet connections work fine.

    Appealing for help please.

    Thanks for the response. I did check it out but confused myself even more. However, the problem is solved, although I can’t work out why! If I go to the TV players via APPS on the remote, I get the error message. But if I go via the Freeview Play white button they launch normally. Obviously some explanation but no idea what.
