    Hi, I have a Humax Aura 1TB 4K Ultra HD Smart Android Freeview Play TV Recorder. up until yesterday my box allowed me to fast forward all my recorded programmes. No w when i try the fast forward option no longer works. Really weird as ive not changed any settings, any one got any ideas.

    Hi Stuart and welcome to our Forum :-)

    Try a full reboot…FreeviewPlay button highlight the power icon at top and press OK, highlight Reboot, press OK.

    Failing that from same menu select Restart Apps and press OK

    Hi Barry,

    I did that the ant recorded programme that i have still only forwards at 1 sec speed, the 8x, 16x or 32x does not work any more
