The LiveTV app on my iphone only loads a thin blue line, no picture. However if I turn the power off to my 5000-t box and on again the app works (although can’t see recordings) But the same thing happens the next time I use the app. I can’t always be turning the power off to the 5000-t.
That’s because the LIVETV app is not ALIVE it is dead, no support for it
