I have just installed a Sonos Arc soundbar and have problems with the volume randomly going up or down on its own which is annoying. i’m not sure if this has anything to do with the Aura, set up is as follows:

Hdmi from Aura to LG OLED55C6V-Z input 3 hdmi.

Hdmi input 2(arc)from LG TV to Sonos Arc.

It seems to happen when changing from inputs like live TV to YouTube.

I can change the volume on the Sonos app and from the Aura remote although I’m not sure if that’s changing the output level from the Aura or the volume level on the Arc.

Any thoughts please.
