Check for app update:
Release note:
• Bugfix : recording playback.
• No sound when changing Advert <–> program.

Which app are we talking about?
Check for notifications in the top right hand corner of the android home screen. I think there were two app updates.
The latest apps to be updated are:
TvApp version 79 & TvInput 49 for all users.
Release note:
• TvApp crash issue fixed – after reordering favourite channels.
• Bugfix : recording playback.
• No sound when changing Advert <–> program.
• Randomly returning to beginning – improved.
Edit: Thread title changed to reflect this is rolled out to all users.
Updates applied ok.
Wonder if Humax Towers should pop up a little message to say that “update are available” ??
From the sample of 2 users here, one, SWMBO or SRCA, had no idea an update was available.

What is the update date in settings, freeview play preference, system info?
Hi Barry Update shown is May 5th.
No update for me yet. Last update was 5 May. Any way to force it to pull the updates down?
I got an app update notification this morning,
1 app updated, “freeview” by time I put my specs on i missed what version it was !
No new notifications showing
Would opening the Play Store on the Aura be a useful thing to try if the app update isn’t being shown in the notifications? I feel I’ve had to do this a couple of times to trigger Aura / Android to recognise that there is a pending app update.

Just tried that, still shows NO update.
This isn’t a Play Store update, it’s pushed down from Humax.
Barry, there’s no notification. Is there no way to initiate this from our device?
