After having to rallign dish following a recent storm the Remote appeared to stop working; multiple button press required to get a response etc.. I tried using the Controller from another identical STB I have but same issue. So I tried both Controllers on the other STB and they both work fine. Points towards the first STB being faulty, or is there some sort of reset or pairing procedure? I’ve “turned it off and turned it on again” and also removed and replaced Remote Control Batteries etc.. Any help appreciated!

Thanks, was just about to give that procedure a try and discovered its started working again after being in Standby for two or three hours! Spent ages on it this morning but it seems to have fixed itself. But if it happens again I’ll give that method a try.
