hi im a newbie ,recently purchased aura 2 tb box to replace a virgin v6 box the only problem i have is when recording on itv4 during recorded playback the sound level drops and then returns this channel only have tried most others any ideas signal strength and quality are both 100% anyone else experiencing the same issue? sure it will be sorted in setting or update

If your Signal Strength is 100% it may be too high, and this can cause picture and/ or sound drop outs.
Buy a signal attenuator and reduce it to 90% or what ever stops the drop outs.
thank you followed your advice fitted a signal attenuator works perfect now
