Hello all
having has my Aura box since November, I am still not sure about the best settings for picture resolution. I do not want my 4k TV to do the up scaling as this is a few years old now, I would rather the Aura did it, so my question is what is the best setting for me to use, currently I have the resolution setting set to auto, but this seems to be a bit hit and miss as to what is output to my TV.

You need to experiment.If you want the box to scale. For UK HD live TV try 2160p50.
