If I try and use the app icons on the homepage or via the app, I get the error

“Oops that’s an error. Unable to connect properly, sorry.” With an error code of FVP-300.

This happens with all of the TV apps (iPlayer, itv hub etc), YouTube is ok.

However if I got via the search button, iPlayer shows seems to work. Any idea?

I’ve power cycled my Aura unit and my WiFi to no avail.

Exactly the same for me last night, wanted to launch ITV Hub and got the same message. Very frustrating

Check to see that if there are any updates to apps.

There were no updates, but seems to be working now. Must’ve been a temporary thing

Does your aura have a IP address on your network ?

    Settings Network and Internet.

I think this is the same issue I’ve noticed on my t3-r, something shows as available to watch in the guide but it’s not actually available so when you try to watch it it fails. I get the attached error on my T3-R. I noticed shortly after the ones that were failing started working , obviously when the content actually became available.

So if it helps I don’t think this is an issue specific to the aura
