    I have successfull uploaded an mp4 file to the Movies folder using FTP but how do I view that file on the box? Is there a file browser?

    See if you can locate a DLNA client in Playstore. I can’t try this at the moment.

    Kodi can act as a DLNA client

    You could also try VLC Player, that can look at local folders on the Humax hard drive. I find the VLC interface a bit simpler to use.

    Just found out I can see the aura 4K media server using the DLNA servers option on my 4K Bluray player. I haven’t uploaded any personal content but I can see recordings and play them back and watch Live TV as well.
