Hi – having got my aerial sorted (wiring problem), I’m not left with an ‘network disconnected’ message which intermittently appears and stops me accessing ‘on demand’, free view apps (itv, bbc etc.) and interrupts Netflix.

Have checked WiFi connection, which is in same room and is strong, to no avail. I also have no WiFi issues with any other device in the same house.

Any ideas?
