I am just seeing up my aura and when i try and access any of the catchup players (eg BBC iplayer) from the Apps menu, they give me an error in connecting FVP-300. Does anyone else have this problem?

I am just seeing up my aura and when i try and access any of the catchup players (eg BBC iplayer) from the Apps menu, they give me an error in connecting FVP-300. Does anyone else have this problem?
Checking FVP-settings (the cog icon). Does the it say the box is connected to the internet ? No idea what FVP-300 refers to. The box may be called FVP-4KGTR.
If you have a Windows PC and you open Windows explorer and the network option do you see this.

Yes it’s connected to the Internet. Iplayer works from the freeview play menu but not from the Apps menu
