I was watching a recording – one of many in a folder – I locked it.

Then when I went back the whole folder couldn’t be found in the listings.

Everything else seems to be working OK.

There were several other files in the folder which were also locked.

I still have 17% free space left.

I am a non techie pensioner so if there’s a solution please make it rudimentary!

My box is not connected to the internet.

The box specification is HDR-2000T/100148 91-00509

As always these were perhaps the most important programmes – I somehow think they’re still there somewhere.

Do hope somebody can help.

I have tried killing the power for ten minutes and then powering up again but still the folder is missing.
