Has anyone else had problems trying to pair their Aura app with the Aura STB via iPhone running the latest iOS? My app fails to add the device which renders the app largely useless (except for the programme guide)

It’s pairing okay for me with my iPhone on iOS 14.5, is your phone connected to the same WiFi network as your aura?
The only other thing I would try is to reboot your phone to see if that resolves your issue.
Thanks for the advice but yes it is on the same network and still won’t pay after an iPhone reboot. I have reported it to Humax but haven’t received a response yet.
Have you set up an account at http://www.myhumax.net ? Your aura needs to be linked to an account.
Yes did that too and the device is registered on there. Even removed and re-registered it but that made no difference
I’ve managed to resolve the problem by removing and reinstalling the app so if anyone else has a similar problem I’d recommend doing this.
