Password error

    Received brand new Aura today, am used to Humax, put in 0000 as password, obviously wrong, put in 1111 but nothing happens on channel search, do I have to do factory reset or what, sorry it’s basic but frustrating …

    Default password is 0000 (4 zeros)

    Confused as channel search should be carried out as part of the set up process.
