I have just obtained a Humax HDR 1100S Freesat box and have found that the “List” button on the remote control which is supposed to bring up a list of programs by category is not bringing anything up on the TV. All the other buttons are working normally and the STB light illuminates when I press the button. I have tried a System Reset, made sure that I have the latest software version and even purchased another brand new original remote but the problem still persists. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a fix?

Which model number of remote control do you have please? Some problems with second hand machines have been down to them coming with the wrong model of remote.
Hello. Thanks for your prompt response. The remote I was using at first was the one that came with the machine. I don’t know how to find out what model number it is. The second remote, according to the seller, is an RM-108UM.

I think you need to be in the GUIDE when you press List.
Thanks REPASSAC. Problem now sorted. You were correct, you do need to be in “Guide” before the “List” button works. I wasn’t aware of that.
