    Hi, a short query regarding the programmes on Freeview channel 11.

    I’ve tuned FVP-4000T, FVP-5000T, HDR-1800T and HDR-2000T devices at my address; the local transmitter is Winter Hill. According to Radio Times and the online Freeview guide, I should be getting Sky Arts on channel 11 but all devices I’ve tuned get Pick on channel 11 and QVC Beauty on channel 35 where Pick should be.

    Is this a peculiarity of the Winter Hill transmitter?

    I don’t think it is, I’ve had similar problems before and now delete any channel thats changing before doing the retune.

    Thanks, you were correct and I now have Sky Arts on 11 and Pick on 35. Pity I missed some good stuff recently.

    Just delete channel 11 and 35.
