MY 4000T is not working showing red light then blue light,showing humax symbol on tv
for a few seconds then turning off no signal, then repeating the same thing again can someone help please
Have contacted Humax told me to switch off switch back on if this doesn’t work buy a new one!!!!. What a complete waste of time!!! no customer service at all

If you are prepared to open the Humax then the first thing to try would be to disconnect the leads to the hard drive and see if the box now boots and performs as a set top box. If it does then fitting a new hard drive stands a good chance of resolving the problem.

Thanks for that yes the box is open tried switching on with the hard drive discontented still no luck.
