I bought a refurbished 1800 on eBay but get the attached factory loader error. Pressing standby resets but I get the same error. Is this fixable or should I return?

Is it connected to the internet?
If so it might reload its firmware.
Failing that contact the seller and/or return it.
You could try uploading software version 1.01.06 which included loader version 1.04
I have uploaded this version to my one drive here
Instructions on how to upload are here along with the latest version of software, which you can upload if version with loader recovers the unit to an operational condition.
