I could do this with my old HDR 2000T but not with this FVP 5000T with this they sll seem to be in one file. I’ve rerad the instructions but they aren’t helpful

I assume rather than files you mean directories (or folders); you can’t create directories or folders on an FVP-5000T unfortunately.
Thanks for that. It was a useful feature (when it worked).
