InactiveBought my Aura as soon as it was available, definitely not disappointed. Yes it has a few glitches, but it has done exactly what I wanted, cut the cord to sky and made my fire stick redundant by bringing my ‘favourite’ apps into one place.
One issue is that the picture size seems to be too big for the TV screen (LG OLED B8). I have definitively noticed this on third party apps, but can be seen (I think?) when changing the sound, the box half disappears off the bottom of the screen, or is this normal?

InactivePlease give details of which apps you are referring to, and exact sequence of button presses required to cause this issue. This will allow others to try and reproduce the issue.

InactiveHave you tried turning off the overscan option on the TV set? That may be be bundled in with the aspect ratio options depending on make of TV.

InactiveChange the “aspect ratio” to either “16:9” or “original” or “just scan”.

InactiveProblem solved, thanks gomezz. The LG Aspect Ratio has a ‘Just Scan’ option which was set to Auto. I had to set it to on for the screen to adjust correctly. Just checked live TV, sound control showing fully and apps display perfectly.
Thanks again

Check overscan settings if any on the TV. It’s not normal no issues with my LG C9 55″
