Hello,
I have the following problem with my box, find that the box will record a programme that is not set In the list. The box is just recording the programme.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me,
I have checked and don’t have any channel numbers over 800,
The highest number on my box is 795.

Which programme(s) are you talking about?
Hello,
I can not remember the programme all I remember is that I saw the box recording the programme.
The problem has not come back yet.
The next time this problem happens I will make a note of the programme and let you know.

Sometimes a broadcaster will incorporate content that may seem unrelated in a series.
eg ITV showed a lot of Bond Movies and used the same series crid for all of them.
As a result the series folder keeps changing it’s name to the newest recorded film.
