This is my second HB-1000S with the same problem which is THAT the EPG appears as normal but not populated with actual programs and therefore, no programs to watch. The on screen error message is the standard, ‘No signal or too weak’

I do know the satellite signal is fine because I’ve used our bedroom Humax box to test and all is fine and programs appear as normal.

So the duff box IS receiving a signal but not sending it via the HDMI.
