The remote control is Bluetooth and IR.

You pair via Bluetooth when setting up unit.

In Bluetooth mode the LED on the remote flashes Green.

In IR mode the LED on the remote flashes Red.

If you do not pair during set up, or subsequently unpair, easiest way to re pair it is to press the google button, this then displays the pair screen, and pressing i plus OK will start the pairing process.
