I recently bought the FVP-4000T as my old box I could no longer set up remote recording. I have an iPad and android phone, tried various apps and registered for the myhumax.net account but when I click on programme guide it just takes me to my profile.
Is there a way of setting up recordings?

Which app are you using on your iPad? The one called HUMAX TV Guide works for me. But only in one direction – see my recent post on this

I have yes. It’s on the same network too. My old box was a you view one and did it perfect until the app function was stopped. Hence buying this.
Thank you. I’ve tried with that app and it’s working. I had tried it before and other humax apps.

Presummably it was on of the pre 2014 youview boxes, as BT opened up their remote app so that people who are not BT customers could also use it unless they had a pre-2014 youview box.
It was a DTR-T1010
