I have suddenly lost myhumax on Firefox. I have changed over to Chrome and it seems OK. With FF all I am getting is a blank screen even though it is showing the site as loaded and the myhumax icon appears in the tab.

    Any ideas?

Likely to be a dns server issue. It should work when the affected server refreshes,

I often get this the other way round. ie Chrome stops but Firefox works.

    Posting this using Chrome.

Thanks Graham. I wondered if it might be a DNS problem. I recall that Cloudflare had a problem a few days ago.

I’m using latest Firefox, no problems this end.

Working for me posting this on Firefox.

It depends what area you are in and a server issue. The server is incorrectly locating the IP address adrees of myhumax.org. You would need a neighbour using the same ISP to get any sort of reasonable comparison

Thanks, but I probably will not struggle through all of that as I can still access myhumax from Chrome. As far as I can see, all other sites are working fine from Firefox, my normal browser. Hopefully it will return later

Back on Firefox. Came back to life in the last half hour.

Edit: Spoke too soon! Gone again.

If it happens again, try clearing your cache.

I tried that this time, with no effect.

Interesting, both OK here at the moment. I have not had a problem with FF since yesterday morning.

I must admit, I am beginning to wonder if my problem was self inflicted, though I didn’t make a connection at the time. I have a Stylish style set up for this site and I had made a minor change to it to make the text a bit bolder to help my eyesight and I suspect I had an error in the scrap of coding which I had lifted from the site CSS and modified and that may have somehow caused the problem, though it persisted for a while after I disabled the Stylish style earlier.

Yesterday, I seriously simplified it and it is still doing what I want, but no problem since I did that.

    Chrome now working again.
