Can't see on demand apps

    Turned the TV on this morning and when I go into on demand there are no apps. I can get onto iplayer and itv player by going backwards in my tv guide and showcase is working.

    I’ve tried turning on and off, resetting router, unplugging, factory reset and nothing working. Help!!

    I have exactly the same problem, on demand apps all gone! Reset router, reset box, tried software update(usb failed to work) and online!

    Advice please?

    Me too, I’ve tried resetting the router, the box, factory reset on the box, reboot with and without LAN, all cables are secure. In a way it’s reassuring that I’m not the only one with this today.

    I have same problem occurred between 22:00 Saturday and 0:30 Sunday. Reset at 01:00 and a few returned including Netflix & BBC News but had alll disappeared again by 10am

    Same here. Guessing the Freesat servers are down. FVP-5000T is working.

    Me too.

    Watched iplayer between 7.00pm and 10.00pm Sat night. Switched to Freesat to watch news, went back to on demand at 10.30 and the screen was blank although I can get to iplayer using the TV guide and going back to previous programmes.

    me too… can search for a show and select OnDemand and it works. but if click on the OnDemand from Home Screen get the “On Demand” across top with pip of live tv but completely blank (blue) screen below with freesat logos

    Having the same issue since this morning (on the HDR 1100S) …three of them in the house, all having this problem. On Demand screen is completely blank and void of channels.

    Same here as well. It all started for me at 11:00 on the night of 4th July.

    As it happened over a weekend and with lots of staff working from home, hazard a guess it will be tomorrow.

    All services working on a 4K firestick (excellent device).
