On my fvp4000t the Netflix tile is on the on demand screen but when I try to
Open it nothing happens and I can’t open the app .
Any advice would be appreciated. All other app work. I have just acquired this box so I don’t know if it has ever worked.

What software version is it running?

OK so the software is up to date. There have been a couple of recent reports about Netflix not working that were resolved by doing a reset to default settings.

Hi, quick question, I have the same problem, in that Netflix wont open. All other streaming svcs work. Will try restore to default, but does this wipe the recordings I have stored?

No it won’t delete existing recordings unless you specifically ask for the hard drive to be formatted.
