InactiveThe on and off lights on this devive are underneath and virtualy impossible to see. Placement of mirrors half covers the problem but is there a professional way yo remedy this?

InactiveAssuming you are using the 5000T, not sure if it is very different from what you are doing, but this is how I have mine:
The box front is lifted about half an inch with a couple of small blocks. Then I have a strip of white card, about 3ins x 0.5ins, which is laid under the centre of the box front (narrow end towards me) with a small double fold to lift the front edge up into a wide “V”.
It shows the red better than the blue, but it is better than invisible.
Cannot comment if it is the 4000T.

InactiveThanks for your help. This helped a little but you would thing for the price of a 500 it would be better designed or at least they would have a fix
Any thought on turning it upside down?

InactivePerhaps that is the answer and everybody is using them the wrong way up?

Nearly the same with mine. Up on blocks with an old flash gun diffuser blu-tac’d as half a ‘V’. Shows red better than blue – but at least I can see them.

You’d have to prop it up to avoid jamming the on/off P+/P- Vol+/Vol- buttons. Not sure whether the top plastic surface is very strong either.

InactiveI’ve just put a small strip of kitchen foil beneath the light. Works brilliantly (literally, it’s very bright).

InactiveThat was absolutely fantastic, works a treat. No more crawling on hands and knees to see what colour was alight
Many, many thanks
