Why can’t I turn off program channel LOGOS, I am old and can’t see the names so I have to keep getting up to the TV. Any help, please.
Which box are you talking about? If you mean a Youview box then go to
Menu -> Settings -> Appearance -> Channel Logos
and change the setting to OFF.
