unable to access utube

    I’ve had a Humax 1800T for a couple of years now but I’ve never been able to access UTUBE.

    When accessing the Humax portal and selecting UTUBE a error message come up as follows

    “The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds. Access not configured.”

    Any help to sort this would be appreciated. I can access iPlayer ok.

    I seem to have exactly the same problem on a 2000T. It is not clear (to me) which server is returning the error message. Could it be that Humax are no longer supporting YouTube on the 1800T/2000T? (I can get to YouTube on a 5000T)

    It will be interesting to see if others are having the same problem and if Humax have any comment to make.

    Humax won’t comment here. You need to contact them for acomment.

    That is what was reported last year on those models for those who could previously access youtube.
